On 25th June 2025, the esteemed team from Kirin Beverage, accompanied by representatives from Rainforest Alliance, embarked on a significant visit to the watershed sites of Craigie Lea Estate and Strathdon Estate in Hatton Region. This visit was a pivotal step in reinforcing sustainable practices and environmental stewardship in partnership with Rainforest Alliance.

The visit encompassed detailed discussions on sustainable agricultural practices, biodiversity conservation, and community engagement initiatives implemented across the estates. It underscored the commitment of Kirin Beverage and Rainforest Alliance towards fostering environmental sustainability and enhancing ecosystem resilience in Sri Lanka’s plantation sector.
