The Indian High Commissioner visited the Haputale Estate on 06/11/2024 to oversee the ongoing Indian Housing Project, currently under the supervision of the Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT).
This project, funded by the Government of India, aims to enhance housing and living standards for estate workers in the region, aligning with India’s commitment to supporting development in Sri Lanka.
