On the 6th of March 2025, a momentous occasion marked the foundation laying ceremony at Magastota Division of Pedro Estate. The event celebrated the initiation of a groundbreaking project to establish a Hybrid Model Preschool, generously funded by “Hemas Outreach Foundation” and facilitated & coordinated by PHDT.
The ceremony, graced by community leaders, stakeholders, esteemed guests of Hemas Outreach Foundation and Kelani Valley Plantations symbolized a significant step towards enhancing early childhood learning facilities within the region.
