The position involves overall responsibility for planning, implementation, co-ordination and monitoring housing and infrastructure projects. Candidate profile Reporting to the Director General, the Director Engineering will be responsible for the management and implementation of all housing and infrastructure projects. She/he is overall responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all the activities and will be accountable control, managing staff and other resources of projects. Job profile and required skills A Chartered Civil Engineer with a minimum of 8 Years of post-qualifying work experience in the construction field and possessing the following skills. Excellent communication skills Project Management, Planning, Designing, Implementation and Monitoring Site layout planning & Mapping Infrastructure utility application Coordination and interaction with external organizations viz Ministries, Departments and other related agencies. Performance Management & Meeting the Project Targets Project design and formulations Procurement of works Training & Guiding Technical Team Experience in Management of social housing units and informal settlement upgrade and relocation will be an added advantage In addition to the above, the job involves extensive travelling throughout the island frequently. The role includes monitoring and evaluating activities related to health, child development, housing, livelihood improvement, and other welfare programs to ensure their effective implementation and measurable impact. The Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation will be responsible for designing and maintaining monitoring systems, collecting and analyzing data from regional and estate-level projects, preparing progress reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance program efficiency and outcomes. The role also requires close coordination with estate management, regional offices, government agencies, and donor organizations to align interventions with sectoral and organizational development goals. Required Qualifications and Experience: • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission. • A minimum of ten years work experience in relevant development work at the national level in providing advice and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects, including log-frame and M&E systems. • Experience in foreign funded development projects is preferable.

The Manager – Projects will be responsible for the overall implementation of programs related to health, child development, housing, water and sanitation, livelihood enhancement, and other community development initiatives on estates. Key responsibilities include developing project proposals, preparing implementation plans and budgets, coordinating with regional and estate-level stakeholders, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of project outcomes. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing periodic reports, maintaining donor and partner relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funding requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience: • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission. • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project planning, implementation, and coordination, preferably in the plantation or rural development sector. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Engineer to lead and manage construction projects within the plantation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project and contract management, and the execution of infrastructure works such as buildings, water structures, retaining walls, and roads. This role demands leadership in project planning, technical supervision, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Execution. 2. Advisory Role Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, National Diploma in Technology, Higher National Diploma and National Certificate in Technology. • Minimum Experiences, Degree Holders: Minimum 04 years of experience with at least 02 years in plantation sector Diploma Holders: Minimum 04 Year of experience in Plantation Sector NCT Holders: Minimum 8 years of experience with plantation or agro-industrial sector projects. • Experience in Project Management. • Strong knowledge of civil works including building construction, water systems, retaining walls, and roads. • Proven experience in contract administration, billing verification, and regulatory coordination. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project management software and MS Office tools. • Motor Cycle Driving Licence
Job Profile Location : Badulla Qualifications & Experience: NDT, NDES or HNDT in civil Engineering with more than 02 years’ experience or NCT (Civil) / NCIT (Civil) with more than 07 years’ experience in small scale housing, rural water supply, community infrastructure and related development projects. Experience is required in community mobilization, community-based project development & implementation, tender procedure and contract administration. Age: preferably below 45 years.
Qualifications • Degree or G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 Credits in one sitting including a Credit pass for English Language. • Qualification in Secretarial practice from a reputed organization. Excellent command of English, and typing speed 40 wpm. • Should be competent with MS Office packages. • Knowledge of Sinhala & Tamil typing would be considered as added qualifications. Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Secretary to a Senior Executive along with experience in all aspects of secretarial functions, Ability to handle correspondence in English independently, ability to maintain good external and internal public relations and good communication skills are pre-requisites. Priority will be given for candidates with experience at corporate level Age: Below 40 Years
