Job profile : To assist in carrying out the finance function in the assigned Regional Office including maintenance of accounting records. Qualifications & Experience: Part qualification of ICA / CIMA/ a Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 02 years experience in similar capacity. Be Computer Literate and Fluent English. Working experience in Plantation Sector would be an added advantage. Age : preferably below 45 years. Salary : Negotiate
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a secretary to a Senior Executive. Experience in all aspects of secretarial functions, ability to handle correspondence in English independently, ability to maintain good external and internal public relations and good communication skills are pre-requisites. Priority will be given candidate with experience in NGO/ INGO’s. Age: below 40 Years
Job Profile The position involves planning, organizing, coordinating, facilitating, and implementing development programs within the plantation sector, with a special focus on estate-level initiatives. The role includes monitoring and evaluating activities related to health, child development, housing, livelihood improvement, and other welfare programs to ensure their effective implementation and measurable impact. The Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation will be responsible for designing and maintaining monitoring systems, collecting and analyzing data from regional and estate-level projects, preparing progress reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance program efficiency and outcomes. The role also requires close coordination with estate management, regional offices, government agencies, and donor organizations to align interventions with sectoral and organizational development goals. Required Qualifications and Experience: • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission. • A minimum of ten years work experience in relevant development work at the national level in providing advice and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects, including log-frame and M&E systems. • Experience in foreign funded development projects is preferable.

The Manager – Projects will be responsible for the overall implementation of programs related to health, child development, housing, water and sanitation, livelihood enhancement, and other community development initiatives on estates. Key responsibilities include developing project proposals, preparing implementation plans and budgets, coordinating with regional and estate-level stakeholders, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of project outcomes. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing periodic reports, maintaining donor and partner relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funding requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience: • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission. • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project planning, implementation, and coordination, preferably in the plantation or rural development sector. Experience in foreign funded development projects is preferable. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. • Experience in working with government institutions, NGOs, and donor-funded programs will be an added advantage.
