A Leadership & Motivation Training Session titled “Excellence through Leadership & Motivation” was successfully conducted on 9th February 2026 at the PHDT Head Office for Regional Directors, Internal Directors, and Senior Management members.
The session focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing strategic thinking, and fostering a results-oriented culture within PHDT. Emphasis was placed on transformational leadership, team empowerment, accountability, and driving performance excellence across regional and operational levels.
The program encouraged participants to reflect on their leadership styles, improve communication and decision-making skills, and cultivate a motivated and high-performing work environment. Interactive discussions and practical insights enabled senior leaders to align their personal leadership vision with PHDT’s organizational goals.
