The Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT), in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), is organized a First Aid Awareness Training Programme for tea factory officers, factory managers, and supervisors of private tea factories.
This program aims to equip participants with essential first aid skills to handle emergencies effectively in the workplace. By enhancing their knowledge and readiness, we aim to ensure safer working environments within tea factories, safeguarding the health and well-being of all employees.
