As per the grant & guidance of Hon. Minister. Arumugan Thondaman Minister of Community Empowerment & Estate Infrastructure Development, the PHDT has launched an application programme to provide assistance to the Plantation Community to access decent, safe and sanitary housing.
To be considered for housing, Infrastructure & the attainment of deeds you must submit a completed application and sent it addressed to Mr.Barath Arullsamy, Chairman of PHDT (chairman@phdt.lk)
