Objectives

The overall objective of the Trust as laid down in the Articles is as follows;

The improvement of health & welfare, alleviation of poverty, facilitation of housing and residential quarters, advancement of education and knowledge, enhancement of the quality of life and the betterment of living standards, of the workers in estate lands and related industries and services in Sri Lanka and the dependents of such workers and retired workers all collectively referred to as “workers”.
